Summary: The property is nice, a bedroom on each end, one that opens to the screened in patio, the other is an ensuite, with the kitchen and living room in the middle. A third bedroom is off the living room with bunk beds that opens to the wrap around porch. Laundry is on the end with the screened in porch bedroom. Lots of couch space, the small dining room seats 4 and the kitchen bar seats 3, with more seating on the screened in porch. I believe it was mainly renovated in 2022, there is some wear but not bad and there is maintenance, and the renovation was well thought out and materials were quality. I love the huge farm sink.. There are three bathrooms, one in the ensuite. The one off the kitchen/2nd bedroom had a tub, the ensuite and living room have showers. It is a stilt house so there are stairs to climb. The lot is spacious with a large protected area under the house and the dock and canal front nice. There are kayaks, a foosball table and a ping pong table, although the ping pong table has some rough spots on the surface due to weather. Check in was easy, the place was reasonably clean and had enough stuff that we didn't need to buy anything but food. All in all I would book the place again without hesitation.
