Quiet neighborhood and very convenient to popular places in Conroe. Many restaurants to choose from right across the street along with water point marina with multiple water sports rentals. There's a new 24 hour Denny's within walking distance. Conroe state park is just a couple of minutes away for swimming. No parties allowed, no loud music, no unaccounted guests or guests over limit of 8 and if any party is caught, eviction will take place and no refund will be given. looking to rent to responsible adults with families. We also have a bigger house next door that sleeps 12 if more room is needed.

Summary: Jenny was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The location is great because it’s off the main channel, yet near multiple marinas. The dock is brand new, as well as the deck to the back porch. It’s a simple getaway spot that satisfied all our needs!
