Summary: Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Deep water dock for our 24' tri-toon. House had plenty of room for our family of 10. Owner was fantastic with communications! Went fishing several days and caught 6 Stripers (two over 15 lbs.) Islands within a 5 minute boat ride to beach boat to swim and/or fish. Marinas and restaurants 15 minutes by boat. Mainland restaurants only minutes away by car.
