This 4,000 square foot home, with an open kitchen/great room, and wrap around deck, also has a newly finished lower walk-out level with additional bedroom, full bath and living/game room. Floor plan designed to take advantage of the gorgeous views and private location. First floor Master Bedroom has views over the Lagoon, ensuite bathroom & leads directly out to a beautiful deck. Five new flat screen TV's installed throughout the house including in the new lower level entertainment area- a mega 65-in flatscreen TV. You will enjoy the lower level deck, outside shower and stone patio to relax and dine for your lobster and clam bakes, along with a grill and fire-pit for your s'mores. Partake in your own boating and water sports off of your own private dock and beach. Kayaks included. Your private home away from home.
