Arrowhead Lakes is a very quiet, tranquil environment; perfect for those seeking a relaxing, rejuvenating vacation.

Access instructions will be provided prior to check in. There is a 2 car garage with driveway space for 2 additional vehicles if needed. No overnight parking on the street is allowed.
Arrowhead Lakes is a lovely, quiet neighborhood nestled among Thunderbird Mountain preserve with nearby hiking trails. This upscale neighborhood is close to everything via the 101 freeway with plenty of shopping, restaurants and golf courses nearby.
A car is necessary to get around; there is also Lyft and Uber available.
This is a very quiet neighborhood. We enforce no outdoor noise after 9pm in consideration of our neighbors as noise travels easily across the water.
* This is a very quiet, residential waterfront community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. We have designated quiet hours which are from 9p - 7a each night to limit any noise across the lakes to our neighbors. We make use of noise monitoring hardware to monitor for excessive noise.
* Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds.
* This home is a complete non-smoking home, inside and outside. No cigarettes, canibis, cigars or vaping allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
* In addition, in place of a security deposit, we require all guests staying at the property to purchase a $99 property damage waiver which covers up to $10,000 in damage with a $0 deductible. This is a mandatory fee for all bookings via VRBO and direct channels.
* If you are entitled to a refund per the cancellation policy listed at the time of your reservation, we reserve the right to retain a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee will be calculated based on what has already been paid to date toward your reservation. In the event that you are only entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation amount, we will waive the 3% credit card fee when processing your refund.
