Welcome to Paradise! This centrally located waterfront home is a place you will enjoy visiting year after year! Bring your boat and park it on your own private dock. (21’ maximum length) If you don’t have a boat, enjoy fishing from the dock as well.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, 2 car garage (only 1 car will fit comfortably). A nicely updated kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and white wood cabinetry. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all your cooking needs provided. The dining room is just off the kitchen for ease access. The high-top table seats 4 people comfortably. Directly across from the dining room is the living room, with a huge sectional for your enjoyment of the 65” flat screen tv. The Florida Room is a perfect place to enjoy some quiet time over looking the swimming pool and the well-maintained landscaping of the back yard.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, two-night stands, and a chest drawer for all your clothes. The master bedroom also has a nice walk-in closet for any additional storage. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a single vanity.
There are two additional guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom is located towards the front of the house and has a queen size bed, two-night stands, a chest drawer, and a closet for added storage. The second guest bedroom is in the back of the house and has two twin beds, that can be easily put together if needed. All bedrooms and Florida room have carpeting. The living room & dining room have nice area rugs over the ceramic tile. All bedrooms have wall hung flat screen TVs.
Cool off with a dip in the beautiful & well-maintained swimming pool. The pool is solar heated for your enjoyment. The pool deck also has two flat screen TVs to enjoy either while you are relaxing in the pool or in the sitting area.
The washer and dryer are in the garage. Also, in the garage is an extra refrigerator, a little bar area for you to enjoy, and additional flat screen tv for your pleasure.
The location of the property is prime! Only a short drive/walk to some of the area’s best restaurants! Shopping and many other attractions are also only a few minutes’ drive away. One of the main reasons why most people come to Florida is for the beach and Englewood public beach is only 10 minutes away. Enjoy breath taking sun sets, early morning walks, or even Beach yoga every morning at the beach. It’s a great way to relax and enjoy the warm Florida sun!

Summary: We have stayed at this house twice now. It's pretty nice and has a dock for our boat. The canal gets a little narrow with the other boats but we don't have any issuse with our 22ft Sea Hunt. The only thing I would change about this house is the shell rock in the back yard. We are usually bare foot going to and from the boat which is not fun with the shells and they get tracked into the pool patio easily. The master bedroom stays significantly hotter than the rest of the house. Other than that we have never had any other complaints. All the neighbors we spoke to were friendly and the kids enjoyed coloring the wall paper in the pool Bathroom. Nice house and I would buy it if it was on the market.
