Summary: I can't say enough about how great our stay was in Dunedin. While the check-in process was a bit hectic, once we were in our room, we were very pleased. Our host, Noushin, was great to work with, and we had everything we needed to make our stay great. Noushin provided beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, a beach bag with towels, and the prior guest even left us some sunscreen in the bag. The room was very clean and modern and even the pull out bed slept great. The view from the balcony was great and we saw dolphins out front when we were having our coffee in the morning. The pool area was very clean, and there were ample chairs and tables available every time we went down. We did a lot of exploring on the Pinellas trail and spent a lot of time in Downtown Dunedin at the shops, restaurants, and the Farmers Market. We also rode bikes to Palm Harbor, Crystal Beach, and Honeymoon Island. (We found the seagulls at Honeymoon Island to be a bit aggressive, so you may want to leave your food in the car). The facilities at Honeymoon Island were still closed from the hurricane, but there were ample port-a-johns available. All in all we had a great trip with no issues and we would definitely stay at Noushin's property again.
