Summary: Two families traveling together had a wonderful weekend getaway! We spent most of our time fishing by the lake. The dock has a covered deck with a bar area, tables and chairs, and lounge chairs. We fished and ate lunch down there. The home is in a quiet development, safe and scenic for walking. We played cornhole on the porch behind the house and the kids played football in the side yard. One family stayed on the main floor and the other family stayed on the bottom floor. The bottom floor has a second common area with a tv and sofas. The main floor has the kitchen, a common area, and a lovely covered porch area. The house is connected to the dock and lake area by a relatively steep paved sidewalk. People with mobility issues should take this into consideration. The only negative for us was that beds are all very firm, the twin beds uncomfortably so. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the summertime!
