House currentlly is being remodeled and has plywood for kitchen countertops, 2nd floor bath does not have a shower, there is only 1 working shower on the first floor, the house is having alot of drywall work done and has not been finished either.Please look at the pictures before you book. 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
Location, Location, Location 3-4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, Incredible vacation home for your entire family, SLEEPS 15. Master bedroom has 1/2 bath and overlooks beautiful Sodus Bay and you can look right down the channel to the lake. The front/roadside bedroom you can see south to the bay as well. Solid long permanent dock is yours to enjoy also. This home is about 1/2 mile east of all the great restaurants and bars like Captain Jacks, Six50, ice cream shop and Sodus Point fudge/souvenier store. Close enough to walk home from dinner or drinks and far enough so the local night entertainment can not be heard. Propane grill on site, outdoor furniture, Firepit are all at your disposal. The waterfront home sleeps 15. The property includes a washer and dryer, and driveway parking for 4-6 cars. Rates vary depending on the dates you would like to stay. A paddle boat is avalible for you to enjoy. Oh ya and a 1 person kayak to row all you want!!
