The Space:
Design lovers and adventurers, welcome home! Each piece of furniture in this house was curated to be not only beautiful but also functional and comfortable. You'll love the modern, open design and how it's close to all of the best of Bainbridge Island.
This amazing home includes 2 en-suite bedrooms with their own shower and bathroom. The master includes a king size bed and plenty of space to lounge as well as a desk to work. An additional bedroom with queen size bed has plenty of storage, as well as a antique phone booth and desk for those Zoom calls. The upstairs den is perfect for the kids as it has a daybed that could sleep an additional two children, its own TV as well as another desk and working area. All the bedrooms include premium sheets, unique art, and easy-to-reach lighting.
The home features all new high end appliances including beautiful Bosch stainless refrigerator, Bertazonni induction electric stove for fast cooking, dishwasher, microwave. An automatic coffee maker is included as well. Quartz countertops and dining room table that seats 6-8 people makes this a perfect place for families and gatherings.
There is high speed wi-fi throughout the whole house and a new 65 in. flat panel TV with internet streaming services available in the living room as well as the den. There is HVAC in the main living area and den

The back yard and dock includes Adirondack chairs for four, a propane fire pit, propane Weber grill. A great space for watching all of the wildlife on Point Monroe (aka "The Spit"). We also provide life jackets, kayaks, and paddle boards. (Guests utilize the dock and the equipment at their own risk)
The washer and dryer area includes detergent, extra bath and beach towels, and sheets.
The property has parking for two, possibly three cars in front of the garage and on the gravel in front of the house. Unfortunately there is no additional street parking.

"The Spit," as Point Monroe is affectionately known, is a literal pile of sand.
The Puget Sound side of The Spit is one of the most spectacular places to soak in the views of Puget Sound. Under the warm sun and with blue skies, one can see the Cascade Mountains from Mount Baker all the way south to Mount Rainier. Big, open water allows the day's wind to produce waves that crash on shore with steady rhythm just steps from people's decks – something not familiar to most waterfront homes on Bainbridge Island.
The lagoon side of The Spit is tranquil and quiet. You can spend a lot of time mesmerized by the patterns the tidal movement creates on the surface of the water as it slowly moves around circularly.
It is just a short walk to Fay Bainbridge Park. Fay Bainbridge Park is a 17-acre marine camping park with 1,420 feet of saltwater shoreline on the northeast corner of Bainbridge Island. The park offers sweeping views of Puget Sound, the Cascade Mountains and features sandy beaches. On clear days, Mount Rainier and Mount Baker are visible from a sandy beach.
Getting Around:
Seattle Tacoma Airport is approx. 90 minutes if you go around through Tacoma or approx. 1hr 15 minutes on average if you choose to take the Ferry. We encourage those coming from the airport to go around. From Seattle its just a quick 35 minute ferry and a 15 minute drive from the ferry terminal.
