Perched on a hill above the waterfront of Ruston Way, you will feel miles above the city but in reality are within a few miles of downtown Tacoma and the Tacoma dome, a block from the numerous restaurants/shops of Point Ruston, two miles to the Point Definace Zoo, two miles from I-5, 25 minutes from SeaTac Airport, 35 minutes to downtown Seattle, an hour to Snoqualmie Pass, and two hours to Ocean Shores.
Enjoy walks along the 3 mile stretch of very walkable waterfront or take a tour of the Proctor or Old Town Districts lined with historical homes, quant shops and delicious eateries on every corner.
