Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Staff: They were friendly and informed me about all their facilities. There's one QR-code to gain access to the hostel's WiFi and one to enter their WhatsApp group. I wasn't aware, positively surprised but the chat room sends messages about all their planned activities. The platform can also be used to ask other questions if necessary. In my case, I didn't need it but that's alright. If you need towels, it's €2 each if you decide to not bring your own towels. Quick note: they offer free ear plugs. Room itself: I booked an 8-bedroom accommodation with shared bathroom. It's quite spacious, all beds are equipped with a personal drawer in which you can store all your luggage. You can even lock it but I'm not certain whether you can get separate locks, I recommend bringing your own. All beds come with curtains for privacy. The beds themselves looked and were clean. If you're lucky like myself, you'll share the room with quiet and calm roommates or a roommate who loves to socialise :) There's a shared kitchen, where you can cook with your own ingredients within the given limits. I never cooked during my stay, so I don't know what cooking utilities are available. At first glance, however, it looked decent and cosy. I'd definitely try cooking once, also advice for myself. Next to the kitchen there's a lounge, where you can hang out or play board games.

Negative: The only note worth mentioning here: bathroom. There are two showers, a separate sink and a toilet. It would be extremely convenient if the sink were equipped with disposable drying paper or anything to dry your hands after washing. I often had to use my own towel, clothes or toilet paper (which is obviously not fair to people who occupy the actual toilet, I know). The showers have these type of coat hangers for your personal items, that's all. So no, there aren't any shelves. They should definitely add them, this makes the difference to me. The bathroom floor isn't covered with a bathroom carpet, so I recommend walking on your flipflops or laying an extra towel.

Summary: I would return, no jokes, no sarcasm
