This charming Seaside cottage is conveniently located on Pensacola Street, just steps from the beach. It features a private driveway (with two parking passes), three bedrooms, three full baths, an outdoor shower, and a semi-private backyard. "Downtown" Seaside is a five minute walk.
The front walkway introduces the house with a "Golden Spiral" design. The entrance features a large wrap-around covered porch with seating for dining and entertaining. Entering the cottage, you are greeted by a comfortable open living space featuring a seating area with 65โ tv. Dining for 6+, galley kitchen, and entertainment area (music, books, games, game table) flow from there. Murals by acclaimed artist Flournoy Holmes ("Eat a Peach" album cover, half a dozen WSP album packages) enhance two walls. Two queen suites and one twin/single bedroom occupy three corners of the cottage.
Out the back door is a small covered porch with beach toys, beach chairs, bikes and skim boards. Down the stairs is a tranquil garden area with table and seating for 6.
