This cozy newly totally remodeled beach style house is located waterfront on Lake Livingston, just outside of Livingston, TX. Large living area open to kitchen. Breakfast area with 6 ft picture window overlooking the lake. House is built like a beach house home. Windows galore to enhance the beautiful view of the lake. Bedroom 1 has is aquatic themed with one Queen metal framed bed. Bedroom 2 offers a Bohemian/aquatic theme with a twin bunk on one side of the room and a bunk bed on the other that is a double bed on bottom and single twin on top with slanted easy to access stairs and a large closet. Kitchen offers classy granite countertop with steel fridge, range/vent hood, and many extra amenities. There is an enormous new deck just outside the front doors with plenty of patio furniture to just sit and enjoy the view or visit with friends. Trail leads down to nice, covered boat dock with all new bulkheads. Boat dock offers ladder access into the water for tube floating near the dock as well as a convenient automatic boat lift to get your ride out of the water while not in use.
