Welcome to this exclusive villa located just minutes from the beach. Located in a fenced complex of modern villas, the house is bright and contemporary. The open plan living space is cleverly designed with muted tones to allow you to completely relax.
The elegant kitchen and dining area lead to the living room with sliding doors to the pool terrace, where you can enjoy the wonderful views that the villa offers. On the lower level of the villa you will find a sauna and a shower room.
The contemporary flair is reflected throughout the outdoor area; The landscaped gardens and private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas make it a wonderful place to spend the hot summer days. Refresh yourself in the pool or treat yourself to some shade on the covered terrace with your vacation reading. You also have a stunning rooftop terrace from which you can enjoy the best view of all!
The surrounding countryside is flat and open, unspoiled with fields and orchards all around and a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere to relax in. The charming village of Kiti is nearby and offers numerous restaurants and traditional taverns on site. Here you can really get a feel for traditional Cyprus and it's a great place to explore what the rest of the island has to offer.
The sea in front of the villa can have strong currents. Although it is beautiful to look at, for swimming please use the Careta Bay beach which is only a 20 minute walk away.
