The farmhouse, perfectly located between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine Mountains, is surrounded by rolling hills, beautiful vineyards and stunning medieval towns, away from the bustling tourist paths.
The many windows, fitted with mosquito nets, make the house extremely bright. The rooms are large and comfortable, perfect for resting your body and mind.
The balcony has a breathtaking view of the countryside and the world-acclaimed vineyards, and gives access to a private garden, perfect for relaxing under the sun and having romantic outdoor meals surrounded by lanterns, candles and flowers. In May, you could also spot some beautiful mayflies and hear the frogs croaking. The garden is also equipped with a brand-new BBQ (ideal to cook local meat, fish and bruschette!) and a colourful hammock.
A private swimming pool is also available for external guests at a Resort nearby (3km away). Just half an hour away by car, in Tortoreto Lido, there is a beautiful water park called Acquapark Onda Blu.
The nearest place for shopping (food, shoes, clothes and everything else you might need) is San Benedetto del Tronto (10 minutes away by car); alternatively, you can also go to Acquaviva Picena or Offida (less than 10 minutes away by car).
If you want to travel a little bit further, you can go to Casette d'Ete (30 minutes away by car) at 'Il Castagno Brand Village', where you can find a number of fashion outlets, including Prada's, Tod's, Hogan's, Jeckerson's, Hugo Boss's and many other brands.
In the summertime, you can easily reach all the festivals organised in the towns nearby, where you can enjoy delicious local food and taste the finest Italian wines.
