Beautiful quiet home occupied by a very respectful and quiet owner and his 9-year-old daughter. Dad works both in and out of the home. The home is exceptionally clean and common areas are open for use. Available is 1 room in the south side wing of the house at the very back and is completely furnished with a full bathroom with a shower bathroom down the hall. It has a single-sink toilet and a stand-up shower. The room is equipped with a USB charge station on the night table, black-out curtains for night shift workers, and a new Magic Chef mini fridge with a separate freezer. In the closet, you will also find a luggage rack, laundry basket, and folding chair for the fold-down wall-mounted desk, hangers, and extra toilet paper. The front room of the house is a gym equipped with a gym-quality elliptical, pull-up and dip station, and an adjustable workout bench with an adjustable weight set if you want to work out without leaving the home. We have 2 white Siamese cats who are non-hypoallergenic so if you have cat allergies consider that and a puppy that is friendly and well-behaved..
The home is located minutes away from a brand new casino if you enjoy that sort of thing during your days off or downtime, and the Westgate entertainment district with many places to dine, shop, and recreate. Minutes away from the 101, and 60 interstate roadways. for easy access to many of the Valley's wonderful hospitals. The homeowner's sister is a career nurse so he understands the demands that a career can have on an individual and the importance of getting quality rest and sleep. The laundry room is equipped with a brand-new Samsung washer and dryer and is located to the right of the home's main entrance where it won't disturb any of the occupants.
