Summary: Our stay was really great until we went to check out. We specifically asked not to charge our credit card as we wanted to pay with our debit card and they put a note on our file that that's what we wanted to do. But the girl at checkout charges our credit card anyways and didn't know how to reverse it. This will negatively impact the rest of our holiday as even putting a payment on the card takes time. We nay not be able to check in at our next stop. This place was amazing other than the part tbat may have ruined the rest of a heavily planned trip.
