WeWelcome you to our multifamily home located 1.5 miles from Hershey Park. Our home has been configured to incorporate a main floor unit and a studio basement apartment. Each apartment has its own entrance, thus allowing us to list the property in its entirety or as two separate listings. For our taller guests the basement apartment has a ceiling height of approximately 7 ft so it will not be ideal for everyone. This listing is for the home in its entirety. Both spaces!
Our comfy Casa is divided into separate apartments that can be rented as one whole unit or individually. The upstairs/main floor area is an open concept layout that features two bedrooms each with a Queen Size bed. The basement studio apartment comes with all the amenities including a full kitchen. There is also a Queen Size bed and a pullout sofa bed. The ceiling in the studio is a bit lower and probably not ideal for guests over 6 ft tall.
Guests will have access to the entire house except for a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.
We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you with all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Hershey.
All I can say is if we were any closer you would be sleeping in Hershey Park. We are in a family friendly neighborhood surrounded by lots of trees and mature homes. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
The Hershey area is a bit more rural so having independent transportation is recommended. Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee or host fee on the breakdown.
We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secret is safe with us, and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
In addition, we have our house rules posted throughout the home not as a nuisance but to serve as a reminder to our guests that this is our home and to please respect it. We thank you for your understanding.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.
No Shoes in the house.
No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.
No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.
Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!
Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

We do not offer late checkouts.
No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
