Negative: Thermostat was not functional. I called and was told someone would contact us and come to the unit, but no one ever came or addressed the problem. It was quite warm. I texted about some issues: broken microwave handle; divot in wall of main bedroom; picture fell of the wall; shower door did not seal closed

Summary: lovely condo but frustrating that Vacasa did not follow up with concerns with thermostat
