Decorated with a nod to the music and artistry of the Beatles, our home is fun, inviting and quintessential Palm Springs! Featuring a wraparound teal sofa and pops of color throughout, we offer you a unique space featuring tons of room to enjoy and relax in. The property features a secluded backyard complete with heated pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, dining area and fire pit. We also feature a Bocce Ball court for you to enjoy, along with endless views of the surrounding mountains.
The home has updated appliances and many features that make your stay comfortable and convenient. The interior boasts a chef's kitchen, cozy living area, large primary bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bath, two additional guest bedrooms with spacious closets, two-car garage with electric vehicle charging, washer/dryer and central AC.
The entire living and dining room area has windows and glass doors opening out to the stunning backyard, featuring a full outdoor kitchen and covered patio area that's perfect for dining al-fresco under the desert sky.
Our three bedrooms are inviting and equipped with comfy Queen-size beds for you to relax and unwind in. Each has been inspired by a specific Beatles song, and the decor evokes a feeling of fun and whimsy that is the essence of Palm Springs living.
The desert-inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area really steals the show, offering privacy and stunning views of the mountains in either direction. Several comfy chaise lounges & chairs, outdoor kitchen, dining table and plenty of additional seating allow you to relax and re-energize under the stars. The backyard also features a BBQ grill, perfect for that outdoor meal overlooking the sunset over the mountains.
Additional amenities that you’ll enjoy are complimentary WiFi throughout the house, SmartTVs, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, garage parking with EV charger, and complimentary toiletries in every bathroom.

You’re renting the entire house and outdoor area. Make yourself at home, as everything is yours to enjoy exclusively!
Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Daytime occupancy is 10 people.
- Overnight occupancy is 6 people.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.
- The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS
- One pet is allowed (under 20 lbs), with a fee of $100. Pets must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any sign of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING
- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.
POOL HEATING
- Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day (includes spa heat).
- The pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.
- Spa heat only is $25/day.
CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
