Summary: Sandi, who was our contact, was extremely responsive and accommodating, which I appreciated. My Spouse, Daughter & I traveled 7 hours to Mobile Alabama for the wedding of our son. We were notified the day before leaving that a rehearsal dinner was to take place Friday night at 5pm (the day we were set to travel) but check in to the unit was at 4pm. I emailed Sandi and told her about this timing issue and asked if it was possible to check in a bit early so that we would have time to get ready for the dinner and she immediately responded with a "yes"! Again, very responsive & accommodating. The unit, a 1 bed w/ a very comfy pull-out couch was very quaint and clean; it was small but perfect for 3 guests. The main bed, also very comfy, was an adjustable bed! The bath towels were clean and fluffy & everything we could have possibly needed was provided. The unit is in an older building, the floors were original wood floors, glass doorknobs on all the doors and the cutes balcony off of the bedroom. The neighborhood for downtown Mobile was also very nice with beautiful houses all around us. The people we met were also very friendly. The only negatives were the traffic, as the unit sits on Government St., which is a very busy road, but we were so tired by the end of the night that once we got to sleep, we had no problem staying asleep, the ceiling fans didn't stay on unless the lights were on, and the bathroom window didn't lock. I would highly recommend this rental.
