Positive: Cute condo, nice neighborhood for walking.
Negative: Upon arrival tried turning the television on for the kids while we unpacked and cooked dinner only to find the television didn’t work. I contacted Vacasa only to be told they had to open a ticket with the local team and someone would be in touch with me shortly to resolve the issue.. Needless to say after reaching out to them several times over the course of our stay no one ever contacted me regarding this issue. The condo was rented for a family of 9. On the night of our arrival we also figured out we had enough hot water for 3 showers at 5-7 mins each then had to wait at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours before there was enough hot water for the next 3 ppl to shower then repeat for the last 3 ppl.. The biggest problem that set me off was, on the last night we were there we came back from an activity filled day to no hot water at all!! Vacasa was contacted, only to be told once again they had to open a ticket with their local team and someone would contact me. I voiced to them my concerns with what I was being told as I had been told this very thing on multiple occasions re: the television (that I would be contacted) and here it was 3 nights later, multiple outreaches and no resolution. I stressed to them that I would really appreciate a call back this time and would REALLY appreciate the issue to be addressed before check out the next morning so we all could shower as I paid $897 for 3 nights and hot water was to be included in the rental (as was the television). I was asked to “have patience, and that someone would be in touch with me as soon as they could”. To some, not being able to shower with hot water is no big deal, or heating up water on the stove and taking a sponge bath is fine, and yes, I mean I guess this is true however, I paid for certain amenities and expected to get what I paid for. Well… to date, I never did receive a call, text message or email to address any of the issues reported to them. For this reason, I would not rent this property again.
