OVERVIEW
White Oak Haven is conveniently located very close to the campus of Southern Adventist University which specializes in vegan and vegetarian cuisine, some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in southeast TN and a state-of-the art Wellness Center that provides community access for a few dollars a day to pools, weightlifting and cardio equipment, an indoor climbing wall, frisbee golf course, tennis courts and more.
The dining area features a large, modern farmhouse table, seating for 6, with a beautiful view from the windows. The full, open-concept kitchen includes a large deck with 3 barstools and includes all the appliances and cookware guests need. The living area provides comfortable seating and an extra side den area to spread out, a desk providing a dedicated work space for those working remotely.
With Chattanooga commonly nicknamed “Gig City,” known for its blazing fast internet, this home provides 1 GB of high-speed internet, accommodating all the media devices guest may bring. There are 3 tvs in the house: living room, master bedroom and another guest bedroom for our guests enjoyment.
Enjoy the gorgeous view of beautiful native trees, plants and flowers of TN in the spacious backyard as you look out the large dining room windows or make yourself comfortable sitting on the outdoor deck. Often, you will see grazing deer, owls, a variety of other birds and wildlife in the early morning or near sunset. This is a 2-unit house. The upper second and third levels of the house are divided from a separate basement apartment on the first floor. The basement apartment is also often rented out to guests as vacation space as well. There is no inside access, no staircase between the upper house and the basement apartment.
The insulation between the floors is very thick. It's unlikely that the two parties will hear each other.
