Summary: Not a great experience for us. A lot of amenities that they listed were not available. Pool closed and game room closed, This was unfortunate because we had planned on relaxing in the pool after our busy day out enjoying the city. When we first arrived, none of the closed amenities were brought to our attention. That should have been mentioned immediately. Once we got our room key, we got upstairs to our room with all our luggage only to find out the ac wasn’t working. A trip back downstairs and we were given another room. Upon entering our 2nd room it looked clean and inviting until we discovered a dirty pillow case and marks on the flat sheet. Then, after a stressful start to our visit, I decided to have a shower only to discover there was absolutely no hot water. Apparently you have to let the water run for a good 15-20 minutes to get hot. How horrible to waste water like that! Especially after Colorado had no snow fall this winter. We will not return. Location was good. We didn’t eat there since it was $15.99 a person to eat. Wow! Not even complimentary breakfast! You get cold coffee in the lobby. You would think you’d get a little more after paying what we did! Come on guys, do better.
