White Walls is a lovely holiday house within a stones throw of Emsworth Harbour. The property has been lovingly and thoughtfully presented with comfortable modern furnishings for guests to enjoy. Emsworth is a pretty harbourside village with much of the town designated a conservation area, you will be spoilt for choice with pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes just ready for you to spend a lazy afternoon in the sunshine.
Being within just a two minutes walk to the beach you can enjoy a picturesque stroll along the shore and around the Mill Pond to the village. For adventures further afield, Emsworth is situated equal distance of the Cathedral city of Chichester and Portsmouth and the famous dockyard with easy rail and bus links to both.
Walking through the front door into the hallway and ahead into the kitchen with breakfast bar and lovely sitting area and large doors opening onto the garden. Through to the dining room with a large table and doors opening onto the garden to the rear and seating area to the front. There is also a WC on the ground floor. The garage has a Ping-Pong table for guests to use.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with king size bed which can be split into a twin upon request, with an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with queen size bed which can be split into a twin on request, a third double bedroom and a fourth room with a single bed (this room contains a futon which can be made up for an 8th guest but is only suitable for a child). There is also a family bathroom on the first floor with a shower over the bath.
Outside there is a beautifully kept garden with plenty of furniture for guests to sit and enjoy the sunshine on the decked area at the bottom of the garden. There is off road parking to the front with space for 2 cars.
