This is an outstanding House that stands unique and sits higher to the surrounding homes that offers more privacy while soaking in the pool and spa. Great location to just about any corner you turn once driving off the quiet neighborhood and endless choices of restaurants and shopping and close to the Vegas strip easy access to the 15 highway or take Las Vegas Blvd. Upon entering the front door you will be greeted with high ceilings and a sitting area and fireplace. great place to unwind or read a book or have quality time with your family and friends.

Two steps down from the gameroom leads you to the other three bedrooms and full bathroom. Two of the Bedrooms on that floor comes with connecting balconies and queen size beds and the other bedroom is more private that comes with a trundle full bed in top and twin pullot The fifth bedroom is located on the first floor and steps away into its on full bathroom near the livingroom and the sofa opens up to a queen size pullout mattress.
The private backyard comes with a gas line grill and stove no need for propane or charcoal, mini fridge with high top granite counter with bar stools, mini golf or just soak in the sun or relax in our comfortable daybed.
