Brwyno is a three bedroomed cottage standing in its own land surrounded by hundreds of acres of forest and moorland .With its own stream and waterfall , it has a remote feel , even though it is only 1.8 miles from the main Coast road. The drive is quite spectacular and feels more and more in the wilds as you progress. Don`t worry there is a wonderful home waiting for you at the end of it !!.
The property has telephone and broadband , but no mobile signal unless connected through wifi .
The downstairs comprises of a large open plan lounge with slate floor and wood burner and then a den/tv room with its own small Norwegian wood burner . There is a large kitchen , downstairs walk in shower room , utility room and outdoor leanto store.The property has central heating .
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms all with stunning views and all with double beds and one room has an extra single bed also . The 4 th bedroom is used for owners storage . There is also an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower .The master bedroom has its own wash basin also.
Outside there is a front garden and bonfire area ,a stream ,bridge and riverside terrace around the back , with garden furniture and a BBQ. Across the stream there are outbuildings but these are owned by the property owner but are in a state of disrepair, please do not go into these for your own safety . Also please make sure small children are supervised due the drop into the stream.
Mountain horses roam all around the neighbouring meadows and can be seen occasionally . There are 2 bird sanctuaries very nearby .the local rivers are known for trout and salmon.
