Positive: Full length bath. Enough space in the room. Comfortable bed.
Negative: Lighting. To read in bed I had to removed the lampshade and hold the lamp above my head. (This seems to be a near universal fault in other places I have stayed (even very plush Holiday Property Bond until a few years ago had this fault, and I made a point of taking a builder's battery site lamp with me). The bath and basin drains ran very slowly - not a problem for me, but it might impend a near-future blockage. Signage off the road was v poor. Approaching from the NW I saw a sign for Circle home, thought 'not mine', and saw your small sign, and had to turn round and try again. Having found your turning I was faced by a barrier; went to Circle, asked if they knew about it, after some effort they suggested if I approached the barrier it would open automatically, which was the case. A notice about this would have saved me and Circle time an effort. A similar notice on the far side for people leaving would be good; there was a notice on the entrance saying to get gate exit code from reception, but reception said no need, approach and it would open.
