Step past the covered porch with views of the lake into an open-concept living space complete with a gas fireplace. The main living area opens into the eat-in kitchen complete with natural stone countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances. The main floor is also home to a small dining area (seats 4) and 1 full bath with ceramic-tiled shower.
The second floor holds the master bedroom with beautiful lake views (1 king bed), a second bedroom (1 queen bed), and a second full bathroom with ceramic tiled shower.
Finally, the third floor is home to our third (1 queen) and fourth bedrooms (twin/twin bunk, full daybed), as well as our third full bathroom with tiled shower. All of our rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate a travel crib or air mattress for any little travelers coming along!
We have a cooperative agreement with Granite State Dock & Marine; we can offer pontoon rentals at an additional discounted rate delivered right to your private dock! Please inquire for additional details. Guaranteed to beat any of the rates you get on the lake!

We are 5 minutes from Weirs Beach and the Weirs strip and 15 minutes from downtown Meredith. Only a mile to grocery stores, pharmacy, and other essentials.
