With private beach access and proximity to various other beaches, this stunning property sits at the beginning of the North Fork wine trail. The beautifully landscaped grounds are located near restaurants, vineyards, farms, and all the other attractions that the North Fork has to offer.
The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. The bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and hot water. The bedroom includes towels, bedsheets, hangers, linens (cotton), extra pillows and blankets, a closet, a dresser, and a walk-in closet.
Indoors, you'll find an array of entertainment options, including a regulation pool table, bumper pool, poker table, board games, and exercise equipment such as an elliptical trainer and yoga mat. The bright open-concept living room and kitchen area feature granite counters, marble backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, making it an ideal spot to whip up a delicious meal and gather with loved ones. Kitchen includes hot water kettle, coffee maker: french press, coffee, wine glasses, toaster, barbecue utensils, cooking basics (pots and pans, oil, salt, and pepper), dishes and silverware (bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups, etc.), baking sheet, and a blender.

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
