UPDATE AS OF 10/24/2022!! My lovely repeat winter renters had to cancel for personal health reasons. Current available dates are November 8, 2022 thru March 22, 2023! Must be at least a 90 day rental.
Two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, lanai overlooking water feature. Great for traveling professionals, folks waiting their new home to be built, or for a couple to get away from the ice and snow. This unit is very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Have as many or as few cook-at home meals as you wish to have on your getaway. 1 car garage and use of electric golf cart. Golf course on premises is closed for 2022-2023 season but other courses are nearby for you to play and enjoy. Lake Marion, 2 minutes away. Boat launch. Lego Land 7 miles. All conveniences within 5 - 7 miles. All Disney within 1 hour. BOTH coasts accessible for 'day trips.' Caretaker lives on same street in case you have questions or if something comes up that needs attention right away. Come enjoy central Florida in your home away from home!
