Welcome to our newly updated and cozy mountain chateau, w/seasonal mountain views! The entire home is nestled in the heart of Wintergreen resort. A perfect accommodation for groups and families looking to get away to slow down and reconnect with loved ones. The location is perfect for all changing seasons with many outdoor adventure options!
The Space:
A combination of modern rustic, with nature and comfort vibes, thoughtfully decorated throughout the home. The home maintains a lot of its original character and charm with some updated amenities to maximize your stay. As you walk inside, you’re greeted with large windows with an expansive view of the trees and mountains. This 3,000 sq ft. home offers a spacious open living and dining space all under a vaulted wooden ceiling. The space is filled with natural light that provides the perfect space for gatherings. Enjoy your morning coffee or hot cocoa by the wood burning fireplace, or by the outdoor fire pit on the deck, taking in the views. You will have the entire home to yourself, which includes 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, a kitchen area, dining area, 2 living room spaces, and 2 outdoor decks.
Kitchen:
Is well-equipped with all new stainless-steel appliances and finishes, as well as cooking utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, dishware, & flatware. Pretty much everything you need to prepare your favorite casserole or your grandma’s famous Bolognese sauce, and everything in between (minus the groceries). The kitchen also includes a coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, dishware/flatware, microwave, toaster, & crock pot. Feel free to bring along your favorite roast.

Entertainment:
We have high-speed fiber optic WiFi – 1 Gbsp to stream all your favorite shows and movies. Both living areas have a smart TV to login to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu accounts. There are board games, puzzles, and a dart board setup in the basement. There are board games, puzzles, dart board, and a mid-size pool & ping-pong table combination.
Pets:
We love all fur babies, but unfortunately no pets are allowed to accommodate our guests who have allergies. Thank you for understanding.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the home by using the digital keypad. A personalized code will be sent to you and will be available for you to use upon checking in. Check-in starts at 4:00pm and Check-out is at 10:00am. Your personalized code will be deactivated at 10:00AM. Guests will be charged extra for staying past check-out time. Guests will have access to the whole house other than the owners closet in the bathroom on the main level, the shed located outside on the lower deck, and the room next to the laundry room. These areas are off limits.
Other things to note
**Fresh linens and bath towels are provided. If you decide not to pack your bath essentials (shampoo and soap), we got you covered, and if you forget to pack your hairdryer, don’t worry we have one of those, too!
**The space is professionally cleaned and disinfected by a cleaning service after each guest. We are following strict COVID cleaning protocols to ensure the safety of our guests and cleaners.
**Bugs and wildlife: With the home being on the mountain and in a wooded area, please be aware of all the bugs and wildlife that you might encounter (insects, spiders, mice, snakes, and bears). Although we treat the home for bugs and rodents on a monthly basis, they do find their way inside the cabin. If you find them, don’t be alarmed, grab a napkin or tissue paper, and put them back outside or flush them down the toilet.
**Parking: Driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles. Street parking available in front of the home for 2 vehicles.
**Security: For yours and our safety, there are two exterior surveillance cameras located in the front of the property facing the driveway, and the back of the property. There are no interior cameras.
**No parties and events.
**No smoking or vaping.
