Positive: Beautiful house and great location. Really cute, quiet, and very comfy bed.

Negative: Unfortunately, the heating didn't work. They told me they would take care of it but until the end nothing happened. It was also easter hoIidays, so probably not easy but would have appreciated better communication and maybe some more blankets, room change, or other support. Only had a very thin summer blanket, and the additional blanket in the closet was also too thin to make it better, slept with clothes on as it was really chilly. Also, when people walk upstairs it's super loud. Probably best to take a room on the top floor.

Summary: Cute place but owners could be more supportive in solving problems
