2023 AVAILABLE - VERY CLEAN AND SANITIZED PER LISTING SORRY NO THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS! Wonderful Beach house that has just been Renovated to show off the coastal décor. Where families come together for some coastal time. First floor has a large open living room and dining room and large TV. Big Eat in kitchen with easy access outside to outdoor seating area and BBQ. The 4 bedrooms upstairs consists of 2 King bedrooms one bedroom with 2 twin beds and twin bunk beds in the crew room. All bedrooms have Fans and a/c for all rooms. The enclosed front porch room has wonderful water views besides a great place to watch TV. Upstairs bath has soaking tub and stall shower. Second full bath has tub / shower combo. First floor has 1/2 bath and wonderful outdoor shower. Beautiful gardens and outdoor shower besides large lawns for outdoor games all next to the beach. One side yard has been fully fenced in. This home is set up by establish designer and realtor Rebecca Ellsley from Westport CT. Fully equipped with everything you need plus more. House has 2 beach cruiser bikes besides beach equipment. There is NO Smoking, No Pets, No Incense, No Fireworks or Drones allowed in the house or on the property. The house has camera system that faces out part of security and weather alert system. We live in a beach community windows are open we need to respect neighbors. Loud parties should be moved inside / quiet down by 10PM. All garbage needs to be bagged and tied up there is wild life here at the beach. A one time charge of $500.00 / week if more than 6 guests.
HOMEAWAY MAKES LOTS OF MISTAKES We offer weekly rental Summer and Holidays Friday to Friday and in the Fall/ Winter we offer Weekend rates. The beach has about 5 1/2 miles of sand you can walk to find amazing shells and sea glass and shore birds besides deep sand for between the toes.
