Located in a quiet neighborhood not far from the river and lots of fun activities, this four-bedroom home is the perfect combination of comfort and convenience with a screened-in pool and lanai. Grab the cooler, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas provided for guest use and head to the pristine beaches of Manasota Key only 30 minutes from the home. After a day at the beach, everyone will have plenty of space and privacy, and you'll love snuggling up on the comfy living room furniture to watch your favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV. The kids can enjoy challenging one another to the provided board games while you prepare a delicious meal in the full kitchen equipped with small and major appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of cabinet storage. There are two stools available at the breakfast bar, the dining table includes seating for four, and there is an extra sitting room table with four seats as well. Of course, you can always savor your meals out on the furnished lanai while the kids splash around in the pool with the provided floats - don't forget to prepare a few refreshing libations at the bar before settling into the comfy lounge seating. The home's private washer and dryer will easily keep everyone's clothes nice and clean, so you can afford to pack light for your trip, and the central AC and ceiling fans will cool everything down on those hot afternoons. When it's time for everyone to go to sleep, you'll have four well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of. The primary bedroom includes a mounted flatscreen TV, an en-suite bath, and access to the sitting room. Have a little work to do while you're here?
