Welcome! This beautiful, historic six plex was built in 1965 and newly renovated, Summer 2019. We are located in Midtown, just on the outskirts of Westport, an eclectic area, known for entertainment, bars and diners and just north of the renowned Country Club Plaza, which features many restaurants, bars, and shopping. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. Linens, towels and soaps are provided. Included is coffee, tea, and cocoa to make your mornings a little smoother.
This is a quaint, quiet apartment located in Hanover Place in Kansas City, MO. We are located on the first floor of a three story building. There are no shared spaces. Once you enter the apartment, it is all yours to use - including a large laundry room off the bedroom!!
As the guest, you are welcome to make yourself at home. This is a private location, put together especially for you.
As your host, I am available to answer any questions and help in any way to make your stay perfect. You will not see me, unless you need me!

There is a washer and dryer right off the bedroom with laundry soap and dryer sheets available for your use!
Parking Note: Street parking is available for free. Please take note that parking tends to fill up quickly, as parking is only allowed on one side of the street. You may have to venture out to the side streets to park.

The Wi-Fi password is posted in the living room and easily noticeable.
Adjust the thermostat to your comfort level upon arrival. You can find the thermostat on the wall in the entry/dining room.
Upon departure:
*Please put soiled towels on the floor of the bathroom.
*Please run the dishwasher with the last of the dishes that need to be cleaned.
*No need to strip the sheets off the bed. If a sofa sleeper was used, please place used sheets/blanket on the floor next to the sofa.

- Stained towels, sheets or blankets (after being treated and/or bleached and washed and then mark doesn't come out) will be subject to additional charges for replacement.
