The front area can be separated nicely for someone that may need to work from home and have the "family privacy" more to the back of the house. You will need to see this to appreciate it! Parking is plentiful. The new rear deck faces south for plenty of sunshine.

It is on the bus line and it is 1/2 block from the Folsom bike path...head South to Folsom Field (home of the Colorado Buffaloes).
