Our home boasts all of the essentials and more, complete with 3 levels featuring 3.5 baths. With easy access to both Fort Totten and Georgia Ave/Petworth Metro Stations, the city will be at your fingertips!
The Space:
Perfect for families, business travelers or your everyday tourist; our stunning house is the perfect place to spread out.
We can comfortably sleep 7 guests by use of the below;
~ Queen sized bed in the primary bedroom (complete with en-suite)
~ Queen sized bed in the second bedroom.
~ Twin sized bed in the third bedroom.
~ Queen sized bed in the basement bedroom.
The full kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and anything else a Chef might need - perfect for whipping up anything from a family breakfast to a feast fit for a King! For those hoping to experience some D.C. cuisine, we`re a short stroll to Upshur St where you can enjoy one of the many popular restaurants!
The formal living / dining room has space for at least 7, so folks can unwind together in the super interactive living area. Perfect for decompressing after traversing the city, guests can slink back in the super comfy furnishings to discuss the day & plan the adventures for the next.
The home boasts excellent WiFi, several laptop friendly workspaces, and 3 high-definition flat screen TV`s with access to apps like Netflix, HuluPlus, Amazon Prime, HBO Go, and more; so guests can continue binging on their favorite shows before bed, the perfect way to zone out after information overload from the city. The TV in the living room does offer cable in addition to smart streaming.
Lastly, we can provide on site parking at the rear of the residence, a true rarity in the District!
Our gorgeous 4 bedroom house can easily accommodate large groups for your memorable stay in DC.

The Petworth neighborhood is newly trending and becoming popular with families and the younger DC crowd as it`s residential, but has great access to downtown. There is a true sense of community, and everyone looks out for each-other; porch culture reigns supreme, families pushing prams, and neighbors greeting each-other with smiles are common sightings!
You will find lots of great little eateries and coffee shops nestled among the tree lined streets. Lincoln`s Cottage (off of Rock Creek Church Road), where President Lincoln used to vacation when he wanted to get away from the city is a short stroll from the home. The nearby Rock Creek Cemetery dates back to 1712; both the Cemetery and the Armed Forces Retirement Home are on the National Register of Historic Places.
Getting Around:
We are nestled between two metro stations (Georgia Ave-Petworth - green and yellow lines, andFort Totten metro, where you can catch the red line). Our neighborhood is full of transportation options! We`re a 20 minute drive from the White House (Uber`s are plentiful in the area), but there are buses that can take you directly to the National Mall in 35/40 minutes.
Parking is readily available via a private space at the rear of the residence.
Bus lines in the immediate vicinity (62/63 within two blocks).
Distance to airports via car:
DCA - ~25 min;
Dulles - ~51 min;
BWI - ~53 min.
