You will have to pass 1km of dirt road to get to our space. You can arrive by car, we have open parking at the entrance of our property. If you arrive by public transportation you can walk 1km or take a cab to our facilities.

2km from Xcacel Beach “The Sea Turtle Sanctuary”.
500mts from Xunaan Ha cenote.
1km from the town of Chemuyil and the public service stop.
Less than 10 minutes from Xel Ha, Cenote Dos Ojos, Akumal.
15 min from Tulum.
30min from Playa del Carmen
45min from Tulum airport.
1 hour 30min from Cancun airport.
1km away in the town of Chemuyil you will find a couple of restaurants; seafood, tacos, pizza, etc where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will find a fruit store, convenience store, pharmacy.
We suggest you rent a car at the airport, if it is not within your means you can get there by public transportation. We have open parking.
Take the ADO from Cancun to Playa del Carmen, then take the van to Tulum and ask to get off at Chemuyil.
Once in Chemuyil you take a cab, motorcycle cab or walk 1km and get to the Glamping.
The maximum occupancy in the suite is 2 adults. However on the first floor we have an additional apartment (up to 6 people). And in the block across the street we have a glamping with 7 Domes with capacity for up to 18 people.

In order to make your stay and your pet's stay as pleasant as possible and not to cause any discomfort to the rest of the guests, we invite you to read the conditions of admission of pets in our facilities.
ALLOWED PETS: Dogs and cats (educated and friendly, so no violent or aggressive pets are accepted), so pets of other species are not allowed.
PRICE PER NIGHT/PET:
-Price per Pet 40 USD per night.
MAXIMUM WEIGHT: 55 Kilos
INCLUDES: Food dish (food not included), water bowl, waste bags, area to rinse your pet and towel to dry it.

• Favor de dejar limpia el área de la cocina. Lavar la loza, recoger basura y guardar tu comida.
• Favor de guardar tus pertenencias en tu habitación y cerrar con llave.

• En tu check out revisa que lleves contigo todas tus pertenencias.
• Nuestro personal estará feliz de ayudarte de 8:00 hrs a 20:00 hrs . De 21:00 hrs a 7:00 hrs estamos disponibles solo para emergencias.

En K´u´ Kuk Glamping su mascota también es BIENVENIDA
Con el fin de que su estancia y la de su mascota sean lo más agradable posible y no suponga ninguna incomodidad para el resto de los huéspedes, le invitamos a leer las condiciones de admisión de mascotas en nuestro glamping.
1. ANIMALES PERMITIDOS: Perros y gatos (educados y amigables, de tal forma que no se aceptan mascotas violentas o agresivas). No se permite el acceso a mascotas de otras especies.
2. PRECIO POR NOCHE/MASCOTA:
• Precio por Mascota 40 USD por noche
PESO MÁXIMO: 55 Kilos
INCLUYE: Plato para alimentos (no incluye alimentos), bebedero de agua, bolsas para deshechos, área para enjaguar a tu mascota y toalla para secarla.
3. RESERVACIONES: Se admite como máximo dos mascotas por habitación. Las reservas de las habitaciones nunca podrán ser exclusivas para mascotas.
4. INGRESO: Para permitir el acceso a la mascota, está deberá de estar aseada y es necesario que el dueño presente a su llegada la Cartilla de Vacunación, misma que deberá estar al corriente y con la fecha de su última desparasitación (no más de 6 meses de antigüedad), collar antipulgas o front line en cartilla.
Al momento de permitir el acceso a la mascota, el dueño deberá de firmar de enterado las Políticas de Mascotas y la Carta Responsiva debidamente llenada con los datos de su mascota.
5. USO DE ZONAS COMUNES: Las mascotas pueden hacer uso de los jardines y riachuelo bajo supervisión y portando su correa. No podrán hacer uso de la piscina ni jacuzzi.
6. LIMPIEZA: El dueño deberá de recoger los desechos (heces) de su mascota y tirarlas en el cesto indicado para tal efecto y de igual manera deberá de limpiar las áreas que ensucie su mascota (dentro y fuera de la habitación).
7. POLÍTICA DE RUIDOS Y MOLESTIAS: El dueño de la mascota se compromete a no alterar la tranquilidad de los otros huéspedes y en caso de ruido o molestias ocasionadas por parte de la mascota, el Glamping se reserva el derecho de pedir que el huésped y su mascota desalojen la habitación.
8. USO DE CORREA: El uso de correa es obligatorio en todo momento.
9. DENTRO DE LAS HABITACIONES: Esta estrictamente prohibido subir a las mascotas a la cama y muebles, así como usar toallas o sabanas de la habitación para secar y/o limpiar a la mascota. Para este último caso la administración le brindará una toalla para su mascota destinada para tal uso.
Habrá un cargo adicional por cada colcha, sabana, cobertor y/o toalla con olor, huella o pelo de la mascota.
Se permitirá dejar a las mascotas solas en las habitaciones en sus correspondientes jaulas transportadoras, siempre y cuando no hagan ruido y no generen molestia para los demás huéspedes. Se debe avisar al administrador sin excepción y si por alguna razón lo creemos conveniente no se permitirá que se queden solos.
10. PUNTOS GENERALES: K´u´ Kuk Glamping se deslinda de cualquier responsabilidad en el supuesto de que la mascota llegase a enfermar, escapar o sufrir algún accidente mientras se encuentra dentro de nuestras instalaciones.
En todo momento el huésped se hace responsable de su mascota y del comportamiento de la misma y deslinda de cualquier responsabilidad a los empleados y personal de K´u´ Kuk Glamping, así como los propietarios de las instalaciones y la empresa que lo opera.
K´u´ Kuk Glamping se reserva el derecho a denegar la entrada a cualquier mascota por cualquier motivo, en cualquier momento si, carece de pruebas de vacunación, muestran signos de condiciones potencialmente contagiosas, demuestran un comportamiento agresivo o que incumpla las políticas del Glamping.
Es responsabilidad del huésped leer cuidadosamente cada uno de los puntos marcados en este reglamento y cumplirlos.
