Relax and unplug in this beautifully updated home. It sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. You’ll find it’s the perfect spot for a family or two or your group of friends. In addition to the amazing pool there are plenty of activities including a putting green, pool table, games, and more. When it's time to unwind you'll find there is more than enough room to get comfy and cozy. All of your basic amenities are provided throughout the house. We look forward to hosting to you!
The space
We have several great spaces indoors where you’ll enjoy lounging including the living room with a 65” TV, pool table room with a 55” TV, and spacious dining room that seats 8. If you choose to play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses, challenge your friends to a putting contest on the newly installed putting green to wind down after a busy day.
ACTIVITIES AND FOOD
You can easily get to hiking trails, golf courses, sporting events, shopping, and top-notch restaurants. There is a tremendous food scene just minutes away in Gilbert’s downtown called Heritage District. Some great places to check out downtown are Culinary Dropout, Snooze, and Whiskey Row to name a few. We also have a Top Golf and Main Event nearby. If you are lucky enough to be here on a Saturday morning, you will be in for a treat at the Farmers’ Market downtown.

If you are staying in, you can enjoy food delivery from a wide variety of local restaurants (one of our personal favorites is Flower Child!). You can also cook in our fully equipped kitchen.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the owner's storage pantry.
Other things to note
-NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. $1000 additional cleaning fee will be charged for any violations to this policy.
-Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.
-Children must be supervised in and around the pool.
-Pool and spa may be heated to 85° for $75/day. Please let us know 7 days in advance if you would like it turned on and we will send you an invoice.
NOTE: Most pools in the area are pool/spa combos and they run on the same system, meaning the water spills over from the spa into the pool. Because of this the water temperature is the same for both the pool AND the spa. So either both would be heated to 85° or not at all. Since a good portion of the year it’s super hot out here, this is why you don’t typically see designated hot tubs. We charge $75/day for covering our costs to heat the pool/spa. Let us know if you would like the pool/spa heated in advance of your check-in time so we can get it fired up for your stay! :)
-Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Plenty of nightlife is located in downtown Gilbert if you’d like to enjoy some late-night fun.
-No parties or events are allowed.
-The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age requirement of 24.
-We have outdoor security cameras to protect the property.
-Pack and play and high chair available upon request.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is 4:00pm. We are typically unable to accommodate early check-ins due to the time that it takes to clean after previous guests. However, you can send us a message on the day of your stay, and we will let you know when the home is ready.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 10:00am. We are not able to offer a late check-out as we need to prepare for the next guests.
