It is a comfortable home with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room, full kitchen with dishwasher and new quartz countertops, living room, sun room, a study area with large desk, deck and private lawns. It is owner-occupied in a completely separate space from the rental to follow HOA regulations.
