Positive: The apartment is very nice with a lovely terrace. Good size bedrooms and small, but nice kitchen.
Negative: Location! We did not know Positano, so we were not aware that the apartment is not actually in the town, but high up in the hills away from restaurants etc The many steps meant that we did not go to town in the evenings which was a shame, because had we known this, we would probably have stayed outside of Positano at a bigger villa that was more reasonable in price. Also, very little information was provided by the host. Information about the bus service for example would have been useful and some information about restaurants etc. This lack of information made the whole experience very difficult. With regards to the parking, we did not realise that the service suggested by the host was actually a general service and it would have been much easier to have parked our car ourselves rather than wait in the rain for the car to be delivered. All in all, for the money we paid, it was ok, but nothing more than this, because the steps are challenging and we are very fit.
Summary: It was nice, but not amazing. Too many steps to make it a truly wonderful experience.
