This villa is located on the outskirts of Lloseta, in a natural and peaceful environment. Only 2 kilometres away you can reach the village where there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries and a train with direct connection to Palma de Mallorca. The village of Lloseta is the ideal starting point for excursions or cycling routes as it is located in the centre of the island and is the gateway to the Sierra de Tramuntana Mountains. We recommend visiting the Binissalem wineries (6 km), the Castell d'Alaró (16 km) and the Monastery of Lluch (20 km). It is also essential to visit the beautiful beaches of the north, including Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. A car is necessary.
Our guests' favourite place is the terrace with BBQ, covered by a folding awning and overlooking the private, 7.5 x 3.8 metres sized chlorine pool (depth: 1.2 to 1.7 metres). Around the pool you will find a shower, 6 sunbeds, 2 parasols and a double Balinese bed. Kids will enjoy a complete outdoor playground and to have fun playing table tennis under the porch. Next to the terrace, there is a spacious room with large windows where you will find an equipped kitchen and living-dining room to enjoy your family’s favourite dishes, play video games or enjoy a good book in the chaise lounge sofa. At the other entrance to the house, there is another air-conditioned living room with a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave and a complete set of kitchenware, as well as two sofas, satellite TV and a decorative fireplace that cannot be used. To rest there are 4 bedrooms with air conditioning. The first one has a double bed of 1.8 x 2 meters, wardrobe, satellite TV, decorative fireplace (cannot be used) and a access to a balcony. The second bedroom has a 1.6 x 2 meters double bed, wardrobe, TV and exit to the garden. Both double beds are electric and can be moved for a better comfort of the guests. The next bedroom has a complete en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower, TV, wardrobe and 2 single beds of 90 cm. The last room has two single beds, desk and wardrobe. The house has another two bathrooms, with a whirlpool bath and a shower. The property has a non-covered parking for three cars, free Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, iron/table, cradle and high chair.
To consider:
There's a damage deposit of 500€. If the guests produce damages exceeding this amount, they will pay the exceeding amount directly to the owner. The customer agrees taking care of the house and it's inventory.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years.
