This spacious and cozy villa is the perfect place for large groups or families, accommodating up to 8 adults and 4 children, and located in the heart of Cala Ratjada. The villa features a furnished terrace overlooking the garden with exterior shower and barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxing moments. In the small adjacent room, you will find a washing machine, dryer, trash bins, cleaning supplies, a first-aid kit, an iron, and an ironing board. The terrace provides access to the living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. Next is the independent kitchen, fully equipped with an electric oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, and all necessary utensils.
The ground floor bedroom, with a double bed (1.5 x 1.9 meters), also has direct access to this terrace. In addition to this bedroom, there is another with two single beds on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, en-suite bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer, and a wardrobe. For families with small children, a crib and a high chair are available upon request.
