Summary: The outside and the pool areas were nice. The pools and beach were nice. There were lots of bugs. While eating dinner at the buffet lots of ants began crawling up the table legs and across the table. It was not very appealing. Also, there were bugs in the room including what we thought was a roach on the bed and lots of ants around the room and in the bathroom. The air conditioner never able to get the room to the temperature set on the thermostat and the ceiling fan switch was broken which made it unable to be changed. All of the restaurants/bars were outside and it was out making dining uncomfortable. There was no airconditioned commons area.
