Refrigerator air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs and evaporative cooling upstairs. Ducted heating throughout. All bedding linen and towels are provided. Basic toiletries are provided. Hair dryer provided. Outside alfresco area with BBQ and dining facilities. Outside features front and rear balconys. Pets welcome but must be kept outdoors a lockable kennel is provided and the property is fully fenced for your pet. A $500.00 security deposit is required and will be refunded on check out . Minimum 7 nights from 25 December until 15 January during peak period.
