The Space:
Tucked among Whistler’s evergreens, this inviting townhome places you steps from ski trails and moments from the action of Whistler Village. Wake to forested views streaming through large windows, feel the warmth of the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes, and soak under the stars in your own private hot tub. Every detail is designed for comfort and connection to the mountains around you.
Living spaces
The main living area features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV for cozy evenings in. A second sitting area with board games overlooks the lounge, offering extra space to relax or unwind with family and friends. Large windows fill the interior with natural light and views of the surrounding forest.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cooking basics you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table seats six, making it easy to gather for breakfast before a day on the mountain or a hearty dinner after exploring Whistler’s trails.
Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a deep bathtub, shower, and single vanity. A second bedroom on this level offers a king split bed that can be arranged as a king or two twins. The second bathroom also features a deep bathtub with shower and single vanity. On the main level, the third bedroom includes a tri-bunk bed with a double and a single, ideal for families or small groups.
Outdoor living
Step out to the private hot tub deck with a BBQ, the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the crisp mountain air. The covered carport provides parking for one small vehicle, and there’s a spacious mudroom for ski and equipment storage.

You’ll have in-suite laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, an indoor fireplace, and a dedicated workspace for convenience. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided. Ski access
From the end of the Stoneridge complex, a ski-out trail (snow conditions permitting) connects to Merlin’s Run on Blackcomb Mountain and the new Blackcomb Gondola. Guests can ski home via this same trail by exiting Merlin’s Run near the Woodrun Lodge. Ski access is typically available from late December to March, depending on snow levels.
Neighborhood
Located in the Benchlands neighborhood, Stoneridge offers a peaceful forest setting with convenient access to the free Village Shuttle. You’re close to Whistler Village’s shops, restaurants, and gondolas, yet surrounded by tranquility. Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is available in a covered carport, suitable for one small vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The complex offers a peaceful retreat while still providing convenient access to the free Village Shuttle, which stops nearby and connects you to Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Skiers at an intermediate level can enjoy access to Lower Merlin’s Run, while everyone can take advantage of nearby Valley Trail paths for walking or cycling. • No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
