Sunset Cottage is located in the Heart of the Niagara Wine Region. It is within 5 km of Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, Floral Clock and 10 km from the Butterfly Conservatory and Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens and minutes from Niagara Falls, and Niagara Outlet Mall. This substantial private vacation cottage is a perfect place for sightseeing and experiencing the wonders of Niagara. Bike along the Niagara River, visit the Shaw theatre, or simply enjoy the beauty of orchards.

The resort offers two heated saltwater pools, one children's pool (opens in the middle of May), one seasonal pool (opens in the middle of June), different kinds of sporting grounds (basketball, volleyball, etc.), a big playground, and facilities for your relaxation. It is walking distance to the Niagara River Parkway and trails and surrounded by wineries and orchards, with tons of activities hosted by resort.

Due to the design of the house, the bunk bed may be more suitable for kids.
The cottage is best for six (6) people, four (4) adults with kids.
The washer and dryer are available at resort service room.
Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are available for extra cost of $35/booking.
All public facilities are fully accessible for guests.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
