The Space:
This condo accommodates up to 4 persons with a closed bedroom and queen bed, a living room with sofa bed, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. You’ll be charmed by the contemporary décor and cleanliness of the premises. The building was recently renovated; we transformed a former Caisse Desjardins into a condo/hotel and business centre. Our clients enjoy easy access to a gym, sauna, conference rooms and accommodations all in one package that’s unique in Laval!

Please note that you have to be a minimum of 21 years old to book this condo.
The outside perimeter and the common areas are surveilled 24h/7 with security cameras.

Guest Access:
The gym and sauna are open before 9:00AM and after 5:00PM on week days, and at all times on weekends.

The Neighborhood:
Close to old Terrebonne and Mille-Iles River, lots of restaurants, boutiques, nightclub, shopping mall, casino of Montréal, spa, bicycle road.

Getting Around:
Free parking directly in front of the condo. You can have access by bus. Bus Station is just in front of the condo.
